Adopted from :icona-dizzy-pony: (I know I said it may be a while before I draw her but I got bored) 

Name: Celeste Boom
Mother: Sonic Boom
Cutie Mark: Blue to Purple rainbow coming out of a black cloud.
Backstory: Celeste came from the Dash family and is expected to be the best flyer, just like her mom and grandma, but she was the middle-ranked of her class. Then one day at the Flying Academy she and the first ranked of her class was set to race. His name was PrestoFire (grandson of SpitFire) and they raced. Celeste paced her self while Presto booked it. near the end, celeste saw that she was behind and flew as fast as she could and just like her grandma and mom she set off a boom and hers was called the BlueBoom, but was special about this Boom was that she can only do it through storm clouds. 
Age: 18
Species: PEGASUS!
Talent: she's a worker in Cloudsdale in the Weather Factory and is in charge of the storm clouds. She can set off a Blue Boom.
Friends: Shimmer Light, Cresent Moon.
